For more information, visit www.gf.com. Your Job: Develop, optimize and sustain Test Equipment & Process capability to meet operations goals. Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates. Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements. Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed. Requirements: Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5 years of test engineering experience preferably in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry. Strong communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written). Strong analytical, presentation & problem-solving skill. Able to perform under fast paced and challenging environment.
