[What the role is] You will support the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and learning resources to equip workplace trainers and supervisors with skills to design, deliver and assess structured workplace learning within organisations. The role requires familiarity with the SkillsFuture Singapore ecosystem and the ability to design curriculum aligned with evolving industry skills and workplace capability needs. [What you will be working on] Develop and review competency-based curriculum, including facilitator guides, learner materials, assessment instruments etc Align curriculum outcomes with SSG Skills Frameworks Design structured learning experiences for classroom, synchronous e-learning and workplace learning environments Apply labour market insights and training analytics (e.g., Jobs-Skills Portal, CASL Dashboard) to support data-informed curriculum development Work with trainers, industry practitioners and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum relevance and quality Support course delivery, evaluation and curriculum updates based on industry and learner feedback [What we are looking for] Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent qualification in adult education At least 5 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, and instructional and assessment design Experience in conducting competency-based training and other SkillsFuture-funded programmes Familiarity with adult learning principles, and SkillsFuture landscape and Skills Frameworks Expertise in educational design tools and technology http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
