Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR / HR Executive to manage and support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing key HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping HR initiatives to drive organizational growth, while also ensuring a positive employee experience.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
  • Candidates must have the attributes of learning spirit, meticulous, numerically strong, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, self-motivated, independent, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese for purpose of communicating to outlet operation staf
Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following

HR REPORTS (INTERNAL & STATUTORY) / OTHER HR DUTIES :

  • Assist in monthly HR statistical reports
  • Computation / submission of quarterly MOM Labour Statistics Report
  • Analyze and present Weekly HR hiring reporting
  • Attend weekly HR & Operation meeting and minutes taking
  • Assist to liaise with government department for appropriate SME Grants Application
