A Human Resource (HR) Executive plays a critical role in the management of an organization’s human resources by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and development. The HR Executive ensures that the company’s human resources policies and practices align with overall business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
• Candidates must have the attributes of learning spirit, meticulous, numerically strong, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, self-motivated, independent, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese for purpose of communicating to outlet operation staf

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following

HR REPORTS (INTERNAL & STATUTORY) / OTHER HR DUTIES :

• Assist in monthly HR statistical reports
• Computation / submission of quarterly MOM Labour Statistics Report
• Analyze and present Weekly HR hiring reporting
• Attend weekly HR & Operation meeting and minutes taking
• Assist to liaise with government department for appropriate SME Grants Application
