IN THIS ROLE:

You’ll be working in the Legal - Employment, Safety & Liability - team, where you will provide expert legal advice and manage legal claims and litigation on a diverse range of employment (including industrial) and safety matters to support the business and operations of Transport for NSW, Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink.

This will include working collaboratively with other members of the team and internal clients, and providing practical and solutions-focused advice and legal support on such matters as:

• Employee misconduct and performance management
• Unfair dismissal claims before the Fair Work Commission and Industrial Relations Commission
• Work Health and Safety and Rail Safety National Law compliance
• Discrimination claims
• Industrial matters
• Interpretation of legislation, policies and industrial instruments
