POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned market ing leader with a comprehensive B2B and B2C background to lead our marketing initiatives in the ANZ region. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Consumer Marketing , this pivotal role will be responsible for driving growth , ensuring alignment between Provider and Consumer marketing efforts, and building on ANZ’s internal reputation as a pioneer in consumer-centric marketing. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership skills, proven excellence in partnering with commercial teams to drive enterprise value. Influencing skills will be a critical enabler for the successful candidate, managing many and varied relationships with key stakeholders including regional and global teams such as Comm unications , Creative and Digital , Product and Revenue. In order to succeed in this role you will be a consumer-first, passionate and inspirational leader who can compel your team and those around you to take action in pursuit of delivering better sleep to more people.
