As a key member of the Pweb Channel Management team, you will ensure the flawless execution, strict compliance, and future-proofing of our core official website channels to integrate banking into our customers' digital lifestyle. Responsibilities Channel Maintenance & Content Gatekeeping: Own the day-to-day CBG web content management and publishing on the official our web content management system (CMS). Act as the gatekeeper to review all incoming web content, ensuring strict alignment with DBS internal SOPs and guidelines. Strict SLA Commitment: Manage, prioritize, and execute high-volume web request forms from various product teams. Ensure all web updates, campaign setups, and emergency modifications are delivered efficiently within agreed SLA timelines. Security & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all front-end code, web structures, and uploaded materials comply with corporate web security standards, internal control guidelines, and technology risk management policies to prevent vulnerability risks. Web Optimization & AI Readiness: Maintain and optimize the front-end source code and structured data. Ensure the website's coding architecture is optimized for emerging AI search agents and web crawlers to maximize brand visibility. Testing, UAT & Quality Assurance: Define business requirements for website enhancements. Execute and sign off on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the agility to support nighttime/weekend testing for critical system or project Go-Live windows. Incident Tracking & Troubleshooting: Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve web display or coding bugs across multiple browsers and devices. Maintain meticulous weekly logs of all web modifications for auditing transparency. Ad-hoc support: Provide support for other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers to support business continuity. Requirements Experience: Experience in digital channel management, corporate web maintenance, or front-end development (experience in financial industries with strict compliance standards is a plus). SLA & Execution: Strong capability in handling concurrent requests and high-volume delivery under tight deadlines while maintaining a rigorous adherence to operational SLAs. Technical & Compliance Skills: Proficient in web content management systems (CMS) and core front-end coding languages. Familiar with web security best practices and compliance guidelines. Mindset: A positive work attitude, sharp attention to detail (as a content gatekeeper), and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Flexibility: Willingness to provide agile support for critical out-of-hours system testing or weekend emergency web updates when required.
