SNS MARKETING SPECIALIST AT SHUNSUI GROUP - FOCUS ON INFLUENCER & CONTENT ENGAGEMENT

Shunsui Group proudly operates five authentic Japanese restaurants in Singapore, including the esteemed “旬水 | Shunsui,” which has been recognized with the Singapore Michelin Plate for six consecutive years. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive SNS Marketing Specialist whose primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influential figures and driving impactful social media engagement across all our venues. If you have a proven track record in influencer marketing and a deep understanding of the evolving social media landscape, this is a key role to elevate our brand presence and customer reach.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven and demonstrable experience as an SNS Marketing Executive with a strong focus on influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • A strong network of food and lifestyle influencers in Singapore is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their analytics, and best practices, including staying current with new features and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities for influencer and media relations.
  • Proficiency in using Gemini and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
  • Basic photography and videography skills with an eye for visual aesthetics are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines within a flexible schedule.
  • A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a strong advantage.

SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Salary: $3,800 to $5,500 depending on skills and experience.
  • Working Days: 5 days per week.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours with a core working time from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented SNS Marketing Executive who can significantly impact our brand through strategic influencer collaborations and cutting-edge social media management
Responsibilities
  • Influencer Marketing: Proactively identify, outreach, and build lasting relationships with relevant and impactful food and lifestyle influencers. Strategically arrange tasting sessions and collaborations across our five restaurants on an ongoing basis. Ensure clear communication of objectives and desired content outcomes to maximize positive exposure.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance and engagement. Create and publish high-quality, engaging content that showcases our restaurants, dishes, and ambiance.
  • Media Relations: Serve as the point of contact for media inquiries and facilitate interview and feature opportunities to enhance our brand visibility.
  • Content Creation(Beneficial): Utilize Gemini and Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing content for our website, marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.), and social media. This includes writing engaging copy and developing creative concepts.
  • Photography (Beneficial): Ability to capture good quality photos and videos of our dishes, restaurant interiors, and events for use across our marketing channels is a plus.
