Job Description Senior Officer Identity Access MM Admin, GIS - 1 year fixed-term contract Job Responsibilities To check and approve user id, role profile and parameter requests based on approved access matrices and established procedures. Verifies BU signature according to authority instructions. Responsible for the user access or parameter maintenance transaction performed. To conduct periodic review of user access/profile to ensure access granted to users is appropriate according to function / role and approved access matrices. To review user access and parameter exception reports and investigate all exceptions thoroughly to ensure satisfactory resolution of any errors or prompt escalation to user management for attention. To participate in new systems projects, assess user access functionality and conduct UAT to ensure that the new system access and role design meets the Group IT Security Policy and established guiding principles. To document user access control and train other checkers and makers on the systems tested prior to implementation. Job Requirements Diploma/ Degree. Strong focus on customer services, and be prepared to engage and speak with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to details and accuracy.
