Job Description Organize and facilitate internal project meetings; prepare minutes of meeting (MoM) Track tasks, follow up on open points, and support reporting activities Assist in budget tracking, documentation, and slide preparation Assist in tool testing and process improvement initiatives Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, quality, and engineering teams Maintain project data in tools like Microsoft Project, MCR, ALM, Salesforce Share best practices and updates with PMA teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Project management Basic IT knowledge to understand technical discussions and tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project environments Experience in project coordination or administrative support Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent English communication (spoken and written) Additional Information Why BOSCH?
