Project Management & Leadership support Support the Project Lead and Work Package (WP) Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities. Execute assigned project tasks and follow up on work items to align with project priorities and timelines. Manage and maintain key project management tools, including project roadmaps, milestone plans, project trackers, and project budgets. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to support informed decision-making. Coordinate routine project activities and ensure the organization following the defined processes and governance. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and invoice processing. 2. Stakeholder & Communication Management Organize and coordinate project meetings and workshops with key stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items. Manage and ensure efficient project communication channels (Outlook, SharePoint site ...). Prepare presentations, templates, reports, and communication materials following corporate standards. Coordinate routine project tasks with supporting teams and ensure timely completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a project coordination, project administration, or business operations role. Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is highly desirable. Proficient in English Communication Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT) Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
