Job Description Process and validate sample orders in systems , ensuring data accuracy and completeness Track and monitor sample order status, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and production plants for timely delivery Act as first-level support for stakeholders and facilitate smooth communication across the sample workflow Prepare documentation, maintain records, and support reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields Japanese N2, good English communication (Japanese is a plus) Strong coordination and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Structured thinking, problem-solving ability, and proactive working style Additional Information Why BOSCH?
