Capital Place Building – 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam Job Description Lead and manage UX projects in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with APAC UX strategy and KPIs. Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) and facilitate design thinking workshops. Consolidate and analyze data for UX financial planning, reporting, and process improvement. Collaborate with business units to identify new service opportunities and enhance customer experience. Promote UX standards, methodologies, and tools across GBS teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Service Design, Interaction Design, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or Service Design (portfolio required). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting is a plus.
