SUMMARY

The Job Title is responsible for working the Soap Production Line on a daily duties.
To assist with daily soap goals/allocations and support the promotion of H&S culture and good working practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Strong communication.
· Adaptable and resilient nature with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving.
· Valid driver’s license
· Forklift Truck License (not essential can train)
· Knowledge and experience of best practice for culture, H&S and team leading
· First Aid Certificate (advantage)
· Positive, motivated and enthusiastic approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour

• Work on the soap production line ensuring a high standard of product is manufactured to a good quality.
• Stock Take weekly and report to Soap Production Line Manager.
• Assist the soap production team in ensuring a healthy attitude and culture to the work tasks, process, and procedures.
• Work closely with the Soap Line Manager and Team Leader to support Health and Safety regulations and help drive the Health & Safety culture whilst pushing forward improvements and high standards for employees and company.
• Assist in trouble shooting machine repairs and contact the Team Leader and Soap Line Manager in appropriate timelines to report repair matters.
• Ensure the Soap Production Room is tidy and compliant with regulations.
• Assisting in the creation, building, and maintaining manuals for maintenance information/reports.
• Assisting in the creation, building, and maintaining manuals for machines, dyes, and soap ingredients.
