Description:
Come and join us at DNV Cyber Managed Services as our SOAR Technology Specialist & Developer Trainee! We provide a wide range of continuous cyber security services to our customers. This includes services such as SOC, XDR with Microsoft and Palo ecosystems, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting and more!
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
- Studies of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field in final stages, you could be, for example, looking for a thesis topic
- Software development experience, especially Python, automated testing and working with APIs
- Experience with networking and Linux system administration
- Experience in the information security field in general
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE INTEREST IS BENEFICIAL FOR THIS POSITION:
- Experience with SOC technologies: SOAR, SIEM (such as Sentinel, QRadar, Splunk), ETDR, IDS or anomaly detection
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices and ways of working
- Any experience working in a SOC or cybersecurity
- Relevant certifications in the information security field are a plus

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a SOAR Technology Specialist & Developer Trainee to join the Managed Services Common Capabilities team. In this role, you will be learning to
- Design and implement automation capabilities in our SOAR platform
- Participate in maintaining the SOAR platform from the application perspective
- Work in co-operation with our business development and clients to identify and define security automation goals
- Work in close co-operation with the rest of our Managed Services team
