Responsibilities: Analysis, processing, and investigation of security incidents on customer systems, as well as threat hunting. First-level triage and escalation of complex security cases to 2nd/3rd-level analysts. Identification and remediation of security gaps and vulnerabilities. Communication with customers regarding security incidents and measures. Planning and implementation of change management tasks. Participation in the further development and optimization of security services. Qualifications: Completed IT training or degree with ideally 3-5 years of experience in a SIEM, SOC, or security monitoring environment. Knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and network and system security. Experience in managed security services is an advantage. Interest in new security technologies and a willingness to continuously develop professionally. Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work in the field of cybersecurity.
