As an L2 SOC Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of security events, investigating potential threats, and escalating incidents as necessary. Proficiency in SIEM tools, network security protocols, and intrusion detection systems is essential. The candidate must also demonstrate expertise in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities, as well as implementing and maintaining security controls. Strong communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and effectively documenting incident reports. A proactive approach to threat intelligence and continuous learning in the cybersecurity domain are highly valued. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus.
