Description The SOC Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Systems Operations Control team, ensuring efficient workflow and communication across flight operations. This role helps streamline dispatch functions through data entry, communication management, and coordination of essential services such as fueling, permitting, and scheduling. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clerical assistance (data entry, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.) to the SOC. Receive, screen and route incoming telephone calls ensuring they are routed to the appropriate persons and/or departments. Maintain Phone Contact Sheet and associated email distribution list. Ensure that telephone numbers, email addresses and contact names are up to date. Update and transmit Parking Spot Notification as required. Request fuel for 21Air flight as appropriate. Make Inbound Notification to CBP and Agriculture via telephone and/or email as appropriate. Request permits as required (CBP, overflight and international landing rights as required). Assist in Fueling / Defueling of aircraft as needed. Maintain fuel data entry for customers as appropriate (NMIV) Review AC flow against customer schedules for accuracy. Enter all data in SkedFlex as required. Ensure aircraft flows are entered into SkedFlex for proper assignment. Send movement messages via appropriate distribution list. Audit SkedFlex upon receipt of log pages. Perform additional related duties as directed by SOC Manager. Requirements Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred. Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or a related aviation environment. Familiarity with flight operations procedures and workflow coordination. Proficient in data entry, recordkeeping, and document handling. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times. Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical Requirements: Light work: Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Able to sit or stand for extended periods. Overtime is required based on the operational needs. Travel Requirements: This position may require travel, as needed, to support operational activities.
