Description
Assisting in the design, verification, or integration of SoC components (e.g., digital logic, memory, I/O interfaces, interconnects, peripheral IPs) Supporting RTL development and/or participating in pre silicon verification flows (writing testbenches, creating simulation scenarios, running RTL simulations) 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term Current undergraduate (or early graduate) student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Solid foundation in digital logic design (e.g., combinational / sequential logic, registers, clocks, memory) Experience or coursework in RTL design (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or similar) or exposure to hardware description languages Familiarity with simulation and verification tools or methodologies (e.g. RTL simulation, testbenches, assertions, maybe even coverage) Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python is highly useful; others such as C/C++ or Tcl are a plus) Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly Good communication skills; ability to work in a team What happens once you apply?
