Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a SOC Operator – Security Offsite Warehouse to join the resort’s Security team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Greet guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism, respect, and positive energy. * Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds to detect and assess potential threats.  * Respond promptly to security alerts, following SOC protocols for incident handling and escalation.  * Document all incidents, alerts, and operational activities accurately in SOC logs and reporting tools.  * Assist in the analysis of security events to identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and potential risks.  * Coordinate with internal security teams and external agencies during incidents or emergencies.  * Maintain operational readiness of SOC systems, reporting any technical issues immediately.  * Support implementation of SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.  * Participate in regular SOC drills, training, and compliance audits.  * Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive security information. * Initiate emergency protocols such as evacuation or lockdown during critical incidents.  * Communicate with on-ground security teams to dispatch resources promptly during emergencies.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Required: High school diploma or equivalent.  * Required: Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations. * Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced SOC. * Preferred: Minimum 1 years’ experience in site security operations at luxury hotel. * Preferred: Bi-lingual (English / Arabic) * Good written and verbal language skills (English). * Good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. * The ability to make decisions under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.  * Knowledge of security policy and procedures. * Familiarity with emergency protocols and coordination with external agencies.  * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and positive energy. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies and challenging situations.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
