Job Details: Job Description: Note: This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities. Defines, develops, and performs silicon power delivery and signal integrity validation and characterization across Intel products. Drives detailed workload analysis to deliver power delivery optimization goals across process, voltage, and temperature, identifies gaps, and helps drive the direction of next generation products. Applies deep expertise of voltage regulator designs and ensures enough current is delivered to the IPs powered voltage regulators. Performs power delivery debug and enables robust design fixes through design experiments to root cause the power delivery issue under evaluation. Conducts test and characterization across operating temperature ranges. Develops power delivery and signal integrity validation methodologies, executes validation plans, and collaborates with other engineers for design optimization, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Applies knowledge of silicon signal integrity design and tradeoffs to perform validation and debug challenges. Develops postsilicon validation infrastructure (e.g., performance monitors, behavioral checkers, state space coverage) and test environment used in validation testing. Works with architecture, design, verification, and platform teams to maintain and improve debug, validation test strategy, methodologies, and processes to meet desired product specifications.
