JOB DESCRIPTION – SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)

Location: Work from Home OR In-Office (Dubai)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Dubai Time) – includes 1-hour lunch break
Salary: USD 470 – 550 per month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing social media for a real estate company (Dubai market experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Creative skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track performance and improve results.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with prior experience in the real estate industry to handle our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will know how to create impactful content, drive engagement, and generate quality leads through various social platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the Dubai real estate market.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
  • Run paid/free advertising campaigns on social platforms to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote listings and company events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
