Football Star Academy (FSA) is a leading provider of grassroots soccer development programs across Australia. We are passionate about developing confident, disciplined, and skillful young players in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate coaches to join our team. As an FSA coach, you will deliver high-quality soccer sessions for children aged 5–14 years, focusing on technical skill development, confidence-building, and fostering a love for the game.

• Deliver engaging, structured, and fun soccer sessions using the FSA curriculum.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
• Manage groups of children safely and effectively, adapting to different ages and skill levels.
• Build rapport with players and parents, representing the FSA values at all times.
• Assist with set-up and pack-down of training equipment.
• Ensure child safety standards are maintained at every session.
• Be a role model on and off the field.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 16 per week
