EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis (agency experience preferred).
  • Exposure to FMCG or lifestyle brands is a plus.TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Proficient in Sprinklr (must-have), with working knowledge of Tubular and CreatorIQ.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Google Slides / PowerPoint for report building and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with key social KPIs such as engagement rate, sentiment, reach, impressions, and influencer metrics.ANALYTICAL & SOFT SKILLS
  • Excellent analytical thinking with an ability to turn data into meaningful stories.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, organized, and culturally attuned to emerging social trends.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Reports to StudioX social lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Social listening & Reporting
  • Mines insights, opportunities, and risks through data analytics for social listening report, content performance, social conversation and sentiment analysis
  • Analytical expert who is technically adept and uses tech and social science to identify trends and manage complex data on the account
  • Own the use of data as a story, translating complex analytical work into easy-to-understand insights and recommendations.
  • Have proficiency on social listening tools, especially Sprinklr as he/she will be the owner of Sprinklr + Tubular market listening dashboard for social team
  • While not part of the immediate scope, social analyst should include CreatorIQ data for influencers performance.
