Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Social Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our brand across all social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of beauty and culture, and a passion for storytelling in the fast-paced world of digital and social content. You will shape how our brand shows up visually online, ensuring a consistent, elevated, and engaging presence that connects with our community and inspires audiences globally. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Visual Identity for our social media pages Define and maintain the visual language of the brand’s social platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand identity. Develop social-first creative concepts, campaigns, and content strategies. Translate brand guidelines into bold, innovative visual executions tailored for each social platform’s audience and format. Direct the aesthetic of photography, video, motion graphics, typography, and design elements across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and innovations, adapting the brand’s creative to maximize impact. Partner with Brand and Social teams to align visual storytelling with business goals. Translate social insights and cultural trends into creative opportunities that resonate with diverse audiences. Ensure all content feels authentic, relevant, and aspirational for the beauty community. Experiment with new creative formats, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge presence. 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio of social-first and campaign work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred). Exceptional design sensibility with proven expertise in photography, video, and digital-first creative. Deep understanding of social media platforms, cultural trends, and the digital content landscape.
