JOB SUMMARY

As a Social Care Administrator, you will play an essential role in the daily functioning of the Lochaber Support Service. Reporting directly to the Lochaber Community Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing all administrative support required to ensure the smooth operation of the service. You’ll handle a variety of tasks and interact regularly with visiting professionals, tradespeople, visitors, and service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Minute taking for meetings.
  • Collating and preparing reports.
  • Using computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintaining records and paperwork in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

This role will suit an adaptable individual who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on varied administrative duties.
