Vacancy Job Title: Social Care Team Leader
Location: Cargo, Carlisle (CA6)
Salary / Rate of Pay: £19,451 basic, with regular overtime available to boost salary
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours Available: 29 hours

  • 2 x 12 hours session delivery in the home of the young boy we support, plus an additional 5 hours to complete administrative tasks associated with the role. These can be completed at our Office in Carlisle or from home.
  • This case operates on a fortnightly rolling rota, completing a week of day shifts then a week of night shifts.
  • Session times are 7.30am to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 7.30am.

  • Enteral feeding and button care
  • Oxygen therapy

  • Personal care

You would be supporting and coordinating a team for a bright and joyful 11-year-old boy living in Carlisle with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. He lives at home with his family, including four other siblings, and requires 1:1 support 24/7, including overnight care.This is a chance to make a genuine difference to his, and his family’s life, while becoming part of a close-knit, supportive environment.
