SOCIAL CARE RECRUITER – NORFOLK & SUFFOLK + REMOTE
Location: East Anglia (Norfolk & Suffolk) + UK-wide for live-in care
Salary: £22,000–£24,000 basic + bonus/commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000+ in Year 1)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieve monthly recruitment targets:
o 24 new social care staff (minimum 16)
o 6 extra care scheme staff (minimum 4)
o 4 live-in care staff (UK-wide, minimum 2)
· Recruit staff including homecare workers, extra care scheme staff, live-in carers, administrators, team leaders, senior staff, and headhunt for key positions.
· Use creative recruitment strategies including advertising, marketing, headhunting, and networking.
· Work with managers and recruiters to maximize staffing and care hours in key locations.
· Collaborate regularly with senior managers and recruiters, providing weekly KPI reports to company executives.
· Maintain excellent candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
EXTERNAL TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES (OPTIONAL)
· Work with training manager to promote and sell external training to social care providers.
· Catalogue includes 15 mandatory care sector courses.
· Training delivered online (Zoom/Teams) or in-person at 3 fully equipped training centres.
· Earn 10% commission on sales.
