Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Worker for its client's Disability Services Team based in Longford, Ireland. Provide person‑centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and developing independent living skills. Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with national guidance. Support service users with personal care, communication needs, and emotional wellbeing. Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans. Build positive, professional relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies. Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and ongoing quality improvements. Work collaboratively as part of a respectful, team‑focused environment. Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU‑approved discipline. CORU Registration (or evidence of application) - mandatory as per Social Care Workers Registration Board. Pathways accepted include: Recognised qualification route, or Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route. Full, clean driving licence with minimum two years’ driving experience. A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
