EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Degree level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:

• All applicants must be CORU registered or registration in progress.
• Must have a valid VISA to work in Ireland
• Must have 1 year of experience
• Must be flexible with work hours
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation such as The National Standards for Adults with Disabilities.
• Must have a full valid driving licence

• Review and demonstrate a person centered plan.
• Reviews care plan for service users.
• Promote independence of each resident.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the service users.
• Comply with HIQA Standards, HSE policies/Safeguarding policies & procedures.
• Promote independence and confidence throughout the facilities.
