Within your role you will:

  • help support care staff in delivering the highest standards of individual care to meet the emotional, social, spiritual, physical and psychological needs of older people within our care home.
  • be able to assess residents’ needs and plan their care exhibiting good teamwork and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • report to the care home manager on a daily basis or as required.
  • have good organizational skills, time management and be able to maintain resident records e.g. care plan
  • be creative, inspiring, and organized.
  • an excellent role model to others, supporting fellow colleagues in their practice and professional development.
  • communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team as and when required e.g. nurses, doctors, pharmacy, etc.
