Job Purpose: Our aim in working with our clients is to:

Assist people to meet personal goals and aspirations;

• Offer programmes which enable clients to develop personal identity, make confident choices, and live meaningful lives;
• Provide safe, caring and supportive environments in which people are enabled to address specific areas of difficulty in their lives;
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organisation and to strive towards excellence in care practice at all times.

Simplicitas is a unique organisation which seeks social care professionals who have a strong personal value base and love their work. We have exceptionally low staff turnover and expect people to stay for between 3 -10 years once they have joined the Simplicitas family.
