REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience in content creation, ideally for social media
• Proven success creating content that has generated millions of views and tangible sales results
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands
• Ability to ideate, storyboard, direct, film, and edit independently
• Strong understanding of demographics, psychographics, and how to build content that converts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Freelance or agency background preferred, but not essential
• Comfortable with hybrid working — in-person for shoots, remote otherwise

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional Content Creator who goes beyond just making pretty visuals. You should have a track record of building content that drives views, conversions, and brand equity — especially for premium or luxury brands.
You’ll start by working with 1–2 clients for the first 1–3 months during your freelance probation period. After successfully passing probation, you’ll have the opportunity to scale up your client portfolio and unlock on-target earnings (OTE) of £96,000 – £140,000+ per annum, depending on the number of clients you manage and the value you deliver.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role working alongside our social media managers, creative strategists, and brand team to ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver high-performing content every month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute original content ideas and strategies for premium brands across multiple industries
• Shoot, direct, record, and edit all social media content (mainly Reels/short-form),
• Stay ahead of trends and industry movements to create content that is timely, relevant, and effective
• Collaborate with our internal team to align content with brand voice, audience psychology, and performance goals
• Be flexible with shoot schedules, revisions, and client feedback
• Ensure fast turnaround times and consistent, high-quality delivery
• Take full ownership of content performance and client satisfaction
