KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in social media, content development or digital marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Luxury and fashion industry experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage diverse audiences.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • A demonstrated background in Social, Content & Marketing roles, preferably within the Fashion, Beauty or Retail sectors
  • Develop and oversee social media campaigns, increasing engagement, brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, for ANZ & US markets
  • Support the wider Marketing team on the development & execution of campaigns & creative assets, for both online channels, wholesale & event activations
  • Partner closely with the external PR Agency to drive Influencer Marketing activity and gifting programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and eCommerce, to maintain consistent, luxe and elevated messaging and branding across all channels
  • Partner with marketing managers to support content creation, influencer collaborations, and creator strategies to drive brand recognition.
  • Craft compelling social media captions that effectively communicate the brand’s voice and message.
  • Assist with trend analysis and other marketing-related tasks as needed.
