As our Social Content Specialist, you’ll be the voice — and the eye — behind all social media content across our brands (fun fact: Digital Beverage Group comprises 14 companies and 20 wine labels!). You’ll create, post, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube presence. This role blends creative vision, content production, and strategic execution to build brand awareness and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the Social Calendar: Plan, create, and publish content across all social platforms.
  • Create and Curate Content: Script and spec video shoots, direct photo shoots (from luxe to scrappy), and ensure all visual and written content reflects each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
  • Trend Watcher: Stay on top of relevant trends — across wine, culture, and content — and translate them into smart, engaging posts.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with content creators and influencers.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers and brand fans, and be the frontline voice of the brands on social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, report on content effectiveness, and continuously optimize for engagement and growth.
  • Platform Growth: Help expand our reach, especially on our newer channels like YouTube and TikTok, with strategic content tailored to those audiences.
