Description

WHO ARE COOLR?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers.
Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Samsung (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.
With 70% growth last year the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2025 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.
We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a culturally connected, idea-led Social Creative — who loves TikTok trends and meme formats to reactive moments and content calendars. You’ll work across a mix of always-on, planned, and reactive content, leading creative thinking and collaborating with a close-knit team of content creators, strategists and other creatives.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the buzz and creativity of social — who knows how to turn community behaviour or trending sounds into sharp, smart content that brands can own.
The job

Leading creative thinking for always-on, planned and reactive social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Coming up with scroll-stopping concepts — from evergreen to reactive — and owning them through from idea to execution.
  • Writing sharp, on-brand copy and short-form scripts that match the energy of each platform and speak directly to the audience.
  • Working closely with content creators, creatives and strategists to bring your ideas to life in lo-fi, high-impact ways.
  • Spotting cultural moments, trends and conversations — and finding smart ways for brands to join in.
  • Supporting junior creatives and community managers by giving creative direction, feedback, and platform insight.
  • Overseeing the creative side of community management — reviewing tone of voice, replies and quick-turnaround content based on conversations.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to turn social listening insights and community behaviour into content opportunities.
  • Helping to build a team culture that’s curious, collaborative and plugged into the world.
  • Staying up to date with evolving platform features, formats, and audience behaviours — and using that knowledge to keep our ideas fresh and format-fit.

    • Confidently presenting your ideas internally and to clients, making a strong case for brave and culturally relevant work.
