• You represent us at wedding fairs and events and are a competent contact person
• You build up contacts with registry offices, wedding agencies, suppliers etc. to actively promote our hotel
• You build relationships with companies in the neighborhood to promote potential social events (e.g. Christmas parties, kick-off parties, employee events, customer dinners, summer parties, etc.) and proactively approach customers by visiting them on site and impressing them with a tour of our hotel
• You create market analyses and reports
• You are responsible for drawing up contracts for bookings
• You conduct house tours and hold professional and results-oriented sales talks
• You are present with our guests and customers
• You plan and organize weddings and social events right up to the big day and have an eye for detail
