Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of all workstreams across multiple UK regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party delivery partners to ensure successful execution of programme activities.
  • Manage approximately £375,000 annually (half of the total £750k budget), ensuring effective allocation and financial oversight.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress and impact, including quarterly customer reports, partner reviews, and contributions to the annual impact report.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including volunteering, CFU, and communications leads—to promote colleague engagement in programme delivery.
  • Work closely with the Social Impact Stakeholder Manager, providing support and cover as needed.
