This is a pivotal role at a very exciting time for Valentte. We are a fast-growing home fragrance brand with an active and loyal community. This role offers the chance to shape our social media, influencer marketing, and live shopping strategy, including leading the onboarding of Firework to bring shoppable video directly onto our site.
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager with proven management skills, excellent creative instincts, and the ability to turn strategic vision into a clear roadmap. You’ll oversee social, influencer, and live shopping activity - and build a team around you to deliver best-in-class brand storytelling, engagement, and measurable sales impact.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Line manage and mentor the current social exec and influencer manager.
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support — setting priorities, reviewing work, and ensuring the team delivers against strategy and in line with brand storytelling.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future team structure as we scale, with the opportunity to recruit and grow the function.

Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Own and implement Valentte’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a view to launching additional channels such as Pinterest.
  • Develop content calendars and campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand values.
  • Ensure content is creative, high-quality, and engaging — with a strong focus on video and storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, testing new formats to maximise reach and engagement.

Influencer Marketing

  • Refine and expand Valentte’s influencer programme, building relationships with brand-aligned creators (micro–mid-tier).
  • Oversee influencer campaign planning, briefs, gifting, contracts, and approvals.
  • Ensure influencer campaigns support live shopping, new launches, and always-on brand awareness.
  • Track ROI and continuously refine influencer mix and activity.

Live Shopping & Firework

  • Lead Valentte’s live shopping strategy — currently several events per week — across Meta channels, TikTok, and via Firework on-site.
  • Manage the onboarding and integration of Firework, working with e-commerce, UX and creative teams to embed it seamlessly into the customer journey.
  • Guide execution: format, scripting, product selection, presentation, and repurposing content post-live.
  • Monitor and optimise engagement, conversions, and sales impact from live content.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver monthly reporting across social, influencer, and live shopping.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve performance.
  • Present results and roadmap updates to senior leadership.
