Drive Industry Innovation: Push the boundaries of social media, beauty tech, and influencer marketing by leveraging cutting-edge strategies and emerging platforms. What You’ll Do As the Social & Influencer Manager for L’Oréal Groupe, you will play a pivotal role in activating innovative, high-impact campaigns across L'Oréal’s 32 beauty brands. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to elevate brand presence through social media channels and influencer partnerships, ensuring each campaign achieves its goals and resonates with target audiences. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing client and partner relationships while ensuring outstanding campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators to ensure authentic brand collaborations. Support negotiation of influencer contracts and lead content briefs, workflows, and campaign deliverables. Content Development: Collaborate with the team to ideate and produce compelling content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (where relevant), ensuring content is delivered in line with campaign calendars, maintains a high standard of quality, and drives engagement. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and optimisation recommendations, focusing on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Lead PCRs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g. division leads, creative, strategy, seeding, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistency across all touchpoints. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to continually innovate L'Oréal’s approach to social media marketing. Budget Management: Manage budgets for social media and influencer activations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. What Success Looks Like In 3 Months, You Will Have: Immersed yourself within the team and understood the status of all active and upcoming campaigns. Established collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (WPP Beauty Tech Labs Brand & Division teams, social platforms, talent agencies, and influencers). Developed a strong understanding of the WPP Beauty Tech Labs vision as part of Wavemaker, including core Social & Influencer processes and ways of working. Become proficient with required tools and systems on the L’Oréal account, including Traackr and Influencer AI. Gained a deep understanding of your division’s brands and cross-division activity. Become familiar with L’Oréal golden rules, contracting, regulations, and compliance. Engaged in strategic planning across relevant clients. Developed an understanding of influencer planning processes and key partnership KPIs. In 6 Months, You Will Have: Demonstrated the ability to deliver all aspects of the role efficiently, effectively, and proactively. Strengthened stakeholder relationships to consistently deliver strong teamwork. Delivered against all KPIs and identified opportunities to improve key metrics (e.g. SOE, SOI, SOV, SOM, Cost Per metrics). Added strategic value to client deliverables through proactive insights and ideas. In 12 Months, You Will Have: Established yourself as a Social & Influencer expert within your client’s category and business. Become a key team member for both clients and internal stakeholders. Proactively contributed to client relationships while ensuring best-in-class service delivery. Built a strong internal and external reputation as an integral member of the team.
