As the Social & Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s digital presence, collaborating with influencers and content creators to shape engaging narratives across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Craft Strategic Social Media Plans: Develop and execute social media strategies that align seamlessly with our marketing objectives, identifying target audiences and selecting the most effective channels and tactics.
Create Captivating Content: From text to video, and everything in between, you’ll be the maestro of content creation, working closely with our Creative Teams to produce eye-catching assets tailored for each platform.
Drive Influencer Initiatives: Implement influencer marketing initiatives to support product launches and communication strategies, while also building and nurturing relationships with a diverse array of influencers.
Track Performance: Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to implement a robust performance-tracking system, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our social media campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
Own the Social Calendar: Take charge of our social media calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content that aligns perfectly with our marketing strategy.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with our Marketing team members to coordinate day-to-day posting activities and drive engagement across all social channels.
Analyze & Report: Produce regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key campaigns and KPIs to inform future strategies and initiatives.

  • Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and trends is crucial. This includes proficiency in using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content in various formats such as text, images, videos, and infographics tailored to different social media platforms (including Canva)
  • Analytics and Data Interpretation: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyse data, and derive actionable insights to optimise social media campaigns.
  • Influencer Marketing: Understanding of influencer marketing principles, including identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Constantly coming up with fresh ideas and creative approaches to stand out in the crowded social media landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and engage with the audience across different social media channels.
