Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive our brand presence across social media, influencer marketing, PR and events. This role combines creative vision with operational excellence, bringing together social content strategy, influencer partnerships, community building and experiential brand moments to deliver measurable growth and brand heat. You will work cross-functionally with Creative, Design and Product teams to shape and execute a unified brand narrative across owned, earned and experiential channels. This role requires deep expertise in social media management and execution, alongside strong capabilities in influencer marketing and event delivery. Your Responsibilities: Social & Content Strategy Build and lead a cross-channel social media strategy aligned with overall brand and commercial objectives Own social media planning, publishing, copy, approvals and execution across all platforms Drive brand growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms through innovative, social-first thinking Develop and implement clear KPIs, performance metrics and measurement dashboards Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting, turning data into actionable insights and optimisations Conduct regular reviews across content, audience behaviour, social listening and competitors Oversee content briefing and collaboration with Creative teams to deliver a strategic content mix (brand, product, press, UGC, influencer, campaigns) Support key brand campaigns with hybrid data-driven and creative social rollouts Coordinate social content integration across Digital, Paid Media, CRM and E-Commerce teams Evaluate new platforms, behaviours, formats and trends to keep the brand culturally relevant Influencer & Community Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to deliver authentic, high-impact campaigns Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts and reporting to ensure measurable ROI Develop a structured calendar of influencer collaborations, product seeding and social activations aligned with seasonal priorities Grow and strengthen our creator network, ensuring quality and strategic alignment Collaborate with PR to maximise earned media opportunities and community growth Monitor and report on influencer performance, continuously optimising strategy Events & Brand Experiences Plan and deliver community-driven brand events including product launches, pop-ups and experiential activations Manage full event lifecycle: concept development, venue sourcing, supplier management, guest lists, budgets and on-site execution Ensure strong amplification of events across social and PR channels Measure event performance including attendance, engagement, earned coverage and ROI Leadership & Operations Manage and develop a small in-house social/content team Build efficient processes across social, influencer and events workflows Align closely with senior leadership and regularly present performance insights and strategic recommendations Drive collaboration across PR, Creative and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent brand storytelling Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management or event management within fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce Strong network of influencers and an understanding of the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously Creative thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with attention to detail and a results driven mindset Passionate about fashion, culture and building authentic community connections Proven track record driving brand awareness, community engagement and retention Excellent verbal and written communication skills Birthday day off 25-day holiday Flexible hours Vibrant team 40% off staff discount Team socials Competitions Hybrid working - 4 days in the Altrincham office
