Responsibilities
  • Champion the role of social infrastructure in shaping better outcomes for WA communities.
  • Lead or support high-quality social infrastructure projects, including needs assessments and service strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice and ensure robust, evidence-based, and community-informed outcomes.
  • Deliver engagement around Western Australia relating to Urbis projects to facilitate evidence-based recommendations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with government agencies, local governments, community organisations, and private sector clients across WA.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and representing Urbis in relevant forums.
  • Work collaboratively with Urbis national colleagues, sharing WA insights and supporting cross-state projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the national social infrastructure and engagement capability.
  • Mentor and coach team members to build capability in social infrastructure and engagement work.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and client-focus within the team.
