The Role: Social Manager - DAZN As Social Manager – NFL on DAZN, you will be responsible for leading the internal social content creators dedicated to DAZN’s NFL coverage and for owning the strategy and programming of the @nflondazn handle. Sitting within the Social team and reporting into the VP of Social & Content, this role focuses on NFL-first strategy, programming, and team leadership, while remaining hands-on as a content creator. You will ensure @nflondazn delivers best-in-class coverage for international NFL fans, reflecting DAZN’s position as the global destination for the league outside the US. This is a player-coach role requiring deep NFL editorial knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to operate confidently during live games and major moments. This role will be based in our New York office, working shifts across Monday - Sunday. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage the @nflondazn social team focused on NFL coverage Own the social strategy and day-to-day programming for the @nflondazn handle Define how live games, highlights, storylines, and cultural moments are represented for international NFL audiences Plan and schedule creator coverage across the NFL calendar, including regular season, playoffs, and major events Act as the editorial decision-maker during live NFL games and breaking news moments Create content yourself when required — filming, editing, posting, and clipping live feeds Work closely with Editorial, Production, Marketing, and Creative teams to align social output with DAZN’s NFL priorities Use performance insights to optimise formats, storytelling, and creator deployment Ensure content is tailored to non-US NFL fans, balancing education, access, and fandom What You'll Bring: Proven experience leading social accounts or teams within sports or media Deep editorial knowledge of the NFL, including league structure, teams, players, and storylines Strong understanding of how NFL fandom differs outside the United States Experience managing internal content creators and coordinating live coverage Confidence creating end-to-end social content alongside your team Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution Deep understanding of social programming, live game coverage, and platform dynamics Calm, decisive leadership in fast-paced, live sports environments Benefits Benefits include access to DAZN, up to 15 days of paid time off and 9 days of annual leave, health benefits (including dental & eye care) and a generous sick time package as well as short and long-term disability covering, parental leave offering, personal insurances, such as basic life term and personal accident and access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
