REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives.
• Manage and grow clients’ presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers for high-quality output.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and targeting strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Maintain strong client communication, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
