JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Administrator to join our exclusive and dynamic marketing client. You will be responsible for all administration tasks to assist the account managers and content creators.
This role would suit an out going personality - no shrinking violets need apply - as you will be engaging with the clients customers who are worldwide. So you will need to have excellent inter personal skills as well as being a super user of social media to engage customers.
Monday to Friday - 38 hour week - £24500 - £25000 plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension as well as lots of company socials.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize content performance.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred but not essential
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO best practices would be useful

  • Assist comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in create engaging content tailored for different audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for posts and ads.
  • Conduct web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while managing relationships with online communities.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Assist in video editing and photography for promotional materials as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to continuously improve strategies.
