Description

We are seeking a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social media advertising, be highly proficient in creating and optimizing paid campaigns, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the cannabis industry. You will work closely with the Vice President of Paid Media and collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute paid campaigns that drive growth and results for our clients.
This is a full-time role within our fast-paced, dynamic environment, and we are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with an eye for detail and a passion for the evolving social media landscape.

Responsibilities
  • 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, with proven expertise in paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including Pixel set up, Catalog management, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social media strategy, including setting KPIs, interpreting analytics, and optimizing campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
  • Experience in budget management for paid campaigns, including forecasting, optimizing spend, and maximizing return on investment.
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize paid ad content (both written and visual) in a variety of formats (carousel, video, stories, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a multi-client environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven success in growing eCommerce and B2B businesses through paid advertising strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the creative team, including designers and copywriters, to produce high-quality ad content that aligns with brand objectives and compliance requirements.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in social media analytics tools and the ability to generate reports, track performance, and propose recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the cannabis industry and experience in developing ads that meet legal guidelines while still driving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal teams and clients, adjusting strategies based on feedback and performance insights.
