Description:

The role
This full-time role will contribute to shaping the future of digital advertising at Lupo Digital. As the Lupo Digital Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will set up, develop and continuously optimise ad campaigns, ad creative, ad copy and landing pages. Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, offers, video ads, e-commerce, and bidding optimisation.
You have a passion for understanding data, creating strategic campaigns, and generating leads and revenue for clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute multiple ad campaigns including but not limited to audience research, strategic account setup, campaign configuration and implementation, within each campaign’s budget.
The ability to deploy an effective lead nurturing campaign strategy.
Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.
Provide regular reporting on client ad performance and campaign results to the project management team and to senior management and potentially client, as well.
Manage client deadlines, including at the last minute. Given the on-demand nature of digital advertising, this includes (if required), after-hours support to manage last-minute deadlines.
Manage, and plan clients’ ad spending and recommend budgets as required for campaigns.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels.

You have a comprehensive understanding of the funnel, paid ads, social media, and analytics.
Tracking and reporting on campaign results using Facebook Ads Reporting tools and or HubSpot Ad reporting tools, data analysis.
You do have a very good understanding of Facebook Audience tool and you know how and when to use this to get better results for Ad campaigns.
Required
Facebook Business Manager - Facebook Ad Experience: 2-3 Years
Must have experience managing ad spend.
2-3 years’ previous experience in marketing, advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts including Facebook and Instagram
Must have experience working with Facebook Business/Ads Manager.
Consistently exceeding your goals.
Expertise in communicating via phone, email, webinar, and video conferencing.
Hustle and determination.
Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry.
Fine attention to details especially across Copy, Imagery, Design and related campaign elements (Budget, platform settings).
