Now, we’re looking for an Agency Lead to take Disrupt X to the next level.
What You’ll Do: Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth execution of client campaigns
- Build, document, and optimize systems & processes to streamline efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of strategists, content creators, and account managers
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our workflow
- Develop and implement growth strategies to scale Disrupt X further
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends and algorithm updates to keep us at the forefront
Who You Are:✅ You have proven experience running a successful agency—preferably in social media, digital marketing, or creative strategy
✅ You live and breathe social media, with an in-depth understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem
✅ You’re an operational mastermind, able to build scalable systems and workflows
✅ You have strong leadership skills, capable of managing a high-performance team
✅ You thrive in fast-moving, high-energy environments and know how to get sh*t done

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
