SUMMARY OF POSITION

Manage Elevate Oral Care’s (EOC) social media marketing messaging to align with company messaging on products, prevention, research and other pertinent topics that engage the public. Identify and create marketing messages by positioning EOC products that align with customers’ goals, challenges, and initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management to develop and execute targeted campaigns across social media, email, web, and print to drive EOC sales growth.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, targeting groups, boosting posts, and best practices of advertising.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing statistics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

REQUIREMENTS: (MUST BE DOCUMENTED):

• Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus).
• Proficient in content creation tools and graphic design software.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written/verbal skills.

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts for Elevate Oral Care, while communicating inbound and outbound messages appropriately within the company.
• Develop social media strategies with Marketing Communication Manager(s), then deliver them to customers to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Develop and follow a content calendar to ensure a consistent and diverse posting schedule.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with the audience through comments, likes, shares, and other interactions.
• Develop and execute strategies to encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
• Create compelling, visually engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives, leveraging graphic, video, and audio design through multimedia tools to enhance social media and website appeal.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features.
• Analyze social media insights and metrics to refine strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations.
• Travel to trade-shows for content creation and industry insight.
• Deliver presentations on social media insights, sharing key findings and strategic recommendations with internal and external audiences.
• Monitoring Elevate Oral Care and Preventive Care Consultant engagement across social media platforms.
