• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or a similar creative role.
• A strong interest in beauty, lifestyle, and digital culture.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other creative tools.
• Confident on camera for promotional content / live streams.

THE ROLE

As BiaBelle Beauty’s new Social Media & Content Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing campaigns, supporting brand growth, and engaging with our community. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team across digital, social, and creative projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-impact, on-brand content (graphics, photography, short-form video, stories) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Lead the management of TikTok Shop Ireland - including live streaming & content creation
• Own and maintain a consistent weekly content calendar across all digital platforms.
• Build and nurture our community by engaging authentically through comments, DMs, and messages.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Plan, organise, and direct photoshoots to deliver compelling, brand-relevant assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise content and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to bring campaigns and product launches to life across all channels.
